At Masque, we want you to love your glow; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible products within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and gently used or unopened to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original box and include the provided packing slip to ensure fast processing.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
